Shipping & Returns

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

We aim to have it packed and dispatched within 2 workings days of being ordered. Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.

Order Tracking

We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked. When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will then go live in the Royal Mail system within 24-48 hours. Once live you can track your order online.

Order Confirmation Mail

Rest assured, your order is on its way to you. Your tracking number will go live in the Royal Mail system in the next 24-48 hours. Check back in a day or two to view the delivery stage your order is at.

UK Delivery:

EU Delivery:
Royal Mail International Tracked: £12

ROW Delivery:
Royal Mail International Tracked: £20

However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.

If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

Returns

Contact us before returning any items.

  • You can return the product within 14 days of delivery if it is faulty or damaged. Make sure to include your contact information and order number with the return and for your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges - we don't offer free returns yet, unfortunately.
  • Please note, as we're a small team we don't do refunds on incorrect size orders. However we are happy to swap incorrect sizes (within 14 days) if the items are returned in their original condition.
Exchanges

We cannot hold stock for you with regards to exchanges. Therefore in order to exchange your item, you must return the original product and submit a new order online. The original item will be refunded upon receipt of return.
